Before ship arrives at harbor, we provide pre-arrival report, including estimated port disbursement, information of channel, terminal and tide, special regulation of harbor, cargo preparation. Submit dangerous cargo application to MSA before ship’s arrival.
After ship＇s arrival, boarding agent will provide boarding service, providing a guidance of ship at port, handle with emergency affairs; boarding agent will also coordinate various relationship among ship owner, cargo owner, harbor authority, clients, commodity inspection, quarantine inspection and animal quarantine.
When ship departures, we will provide the whole service summary, including shipping date saving, port disbursement deduction disbursement saving situation and voyage accounts to consigner to help him accomplish this estimated disbursement and etc.
